Refund policy

At Petit Bisou Candle Co. we take pride in creating handmade, dessert-inspired candles with care and attention. Because each candle is crafted in small batches by our family-run business, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for preparing and sending the parcel back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to help cover the handling and processing of the product.

We want you to love your candles, so if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find the best solution.
