How to Use Our Candles
Our candles can be lit or unlit, either will provide fragrance to your home. Unlit candles will have the longest lasting scent depending on the size of the room it is placed. If you choose to light the wicks, always burn your candle within sight and never leave it unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and anything that may catch fire. Always place your candle on a heat resistant surface or container and remove all packaging before lighting.
Before each use, trim the wick to 1/8 to 1/4 inch and keep it centered. Make sure the wax pool stays clean and free of debris. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and remember that the container may become hot while in use.
Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains, and avoid exposing your candle to extreme temperatures. While our candles are inspired by desserts, they are NOT edible.
Following these guidelines will help you enjoy a clean, long lasting, and safe burn every time.
Shipping Information
We currently ship nationwide within the United States only. All orders are shipped from our post office in New York, where Petit Bisou Candle Co. is based.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 7 days, based on standard UPS and USPS shipping times. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier delays.
Every order is carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely. We use protective wrapping along with plush cushioning on top of every candle inside the box to reduce movement and protect your items during transit.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, as we want to ensure our candles arrive in perfect condition and are not affected by long-distance shipping conditions.
